YOUTHWORKS

This past summer HCPM teamed up with the Commercial Property Business Owners (CPBO) of Baltimore Street and hosted 50 youth ages 14-15 who were enrolled in the Baltimore City Youthworks program. The youth were paired with three volunteer mentors who worked with them to clean and green the Southwest Baltimore area. However, these mentors went beyond just supervising and instead created relationships with these students and mentored them in many aspects of life. Additionally, the youth participated in weekly enrichment seminars with guest appearances by CEOs, actors, athletes and motivational speakers. We hope to bring even more Youthworks students to the program this year.
